G+T has welcomed the return of former partners, Chris Flynn and Nirangjan Nagarajah. The two were both partners of G+T in 2021 and 2018, respectively, before moving over to White & Case.

Mr Flynn has more than two decades of extensive global energy experience and was most recently co-head of energy and power (APAC) at White & Case. He will now join the G+T energy and infrastructure practice.

Mr Nagarajah is a merger and acquisition lawyer and market leader in energy and infrastructure. He has 18 years of legal experience, including 13 as a partner, and will bolster G+T’s M&A offering in Melbourne and more generally.

Commenting on the appointments, G+T founder and chairman Danny Gilbert said the firm was “thrilled to welcome Chris and Nirangjan back to G+T”.

“Chris’ decade-long association with our firm, coupled with his leadership and expertise in the energy sector, will play a major role [in] building the capability of our energy transition expertise,” he said.

“Nirangjan’s return solidifies G+T’s position as a leading corporate and M&A firm in the Melbourne market. His experience and leadership in M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sector significantly bolsters our capabilities."
