Andrew Vinciullo (pictured) has joined HopgoodGanim, bringing over 15 years of experience advising clients in the construction, mining, and resources industries, as well as regularly acting on behalf of both principals and contractors.
He is, the firm noted in a statement, one of its “esteemed alumni”, now returning to complement its wider Perth team of corporate, resources and energy, commercial property and litigation practitioners.
The news follows the firm’s hiring of a special counsel and two senior associates in February, appointment of an energy and resources partner in December, and naming of a new head of risk and compliance in November.
HopgoodGanim managing partner Luke Mountford said the firm is “delighted Andrew is joining our national dispute resolution practice, bringing our number of partners firmwide to 43 across key industries and areas of practice”.
Senior partner Robyn Ferguson added: “The Perth office is thrilled to welcome Andrew back. Andrew’s familiarity with HopgoodGanim’s culture and values, coupled with his extensive legal expertise, makes him an invaluable addition to our growing Perth team.”
HopgoodGanim Lawyers has more than 300 staff and over 40 partners across its Brisbane and Perth offices.
