Lavan has named one new partner, five new special counsel, five new senior associates, and two new senior associates, as part of its mid-year promotions round.
Alex Biddulph, in the firm’s banking and finance practice, has joined the partnership. He specialises, the firm said in a statement, in commercial banking, finance and lending transactions, and he is “highly regarded” by clients and peers for his commercial approach to complex legal issues.
Lavan has also promoted Mandee de Reus, Mihali Palassis, Ahshiba Sultana, Andrew Sutton, and Jesse Way to special counsel, Rebecca Cain, Alistair Graham, Jordan Grapsas, Isabella Mosole, and Jessica Pollock to senior associate, and Kerri Evangelista and Andreas Geronimos to associate.
Elsewhere, the firm has recently welcomed the following: special counsel Caitlin Cook, senior associate Ilvana Arapovic, and associates Grace Coombes, Clarise D’Souza, and Amanda Valenti.
