The 11 new general members will commence at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) between January and March next year on two- and three-year terms.

“I congratulate each of these new members on their appointment,” Attorney-General Mark Dreyfus said in a statement.

The new members are:

  • Daniela Chiew
  • Catherine Clarke
  • Richard Coates
  • Erika Cornwell
  • David Dobell
  • Timothy Griffiths
  • Lisa Harris
  • Kate Scarlett
  • Frank Schoneveld
  • Grant Schubert
  • Mal Zraika
The appointments were each assessed before an independent panel through a transparent and merits-based approach under the guidelines for appointments to the AAT and the transitional provisions legislation in the Administrative Reviews Tribunal (ART).

The government said it is now recruiting for more ART general managers.
