Mid-tier firm Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt has formed a strategic alliance with insurance and commercial practice Holman Webb Lawyers, under which all 10 Holman Webb partners will join the firm.
Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt and Holman Webb Lawyers have entered into a strategic alliance to combine their strengths and expand their national reach.
Through the alliance, the firm has expanded its footprint to five major Australian cities – Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Darwin.
Under the agreement, all 10 partners from Holman Webb have joined the new alliance, bringing the combined total to 49 partners and 451 staff nationwide.
In a statement, Hicksons | Hunt & Hunt shared that this strategic collaboration aims to bolster its expertise across core practice areas, including corporate and commercial, dispute resolution, employment, health, insolvency, insurance, and property.

A spokesperson stated that this approach “reflects the collaborative nature of the alliance while maintaining the strong reputations both firms have built in the market”.
