In its latest promotion round, Johnson Winter Slattery has promoted four to special counsel and 21 to senior associate, effective 1 July.
Construction lawyer Thomas Cameron, real estate lawyer Dimity Carrick-Clark, and dispute resolution’s Jia Lee and Luca Masinello were promoted to the role of special counsel.
Cameron advises across the full range of contentious construction matters and has a strong understanding of differing contractual frameworks, risk profiles, and dispute resolution processes.
With experience in advisory and transaction work, Carrick-Clark has worked across high-value complex transactions and is known for her pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
In addition to complex commercial litigation, class actions, investigations, and commissions of inquiry, Lee has developed particular expertise in technology disputes.
Masinello has deep experience in contractual disputes in the oil and gas, renewable energy, mining, and large infrastructure projects, having run matters in the High Court, Federal Court, and state courts.
