The company has welcomed Amanda Luhrmann to the role, where she will be a member of the executive leadership team, reporting to GrainCorp managing director and CEO Mark Palmquist. She has also been appointed as GrainCorp's joint company secretary in addition to this new role.

“Amanda brings great experience to our business, having worked for more than 20 years across the FMCG, industrial products, media and transport sectors in private practice and in-house roles,” said Mr Palmquist.

“Amanda is very commercial in her approach to in-house counsel and a strong leader who will be a valuable contributor to the leadership team and the GrainCorp Group.”
