Partner of the Year Awards submissions open

Lawyers Weekly is pleased to announce that submissions are now open for the 2017 Partner of the Year Awards.

The black-tie event is now in its second year, with last year’s inaugural event generating over 400 attendees.

This year, the Partner of the Year Awards will be held at The Westin in Sydney on 28 April 2017, recognising outstanding performance by partners in law firms across a range of categories.

 
 

With 23 awards to be handed out, this year’s event will pay tribute to partners who specialise in a variety of different practice areas, including family, criminal, commercial, banking and finance and property law.

The event is open to any practising partner or partner equivalent in any law firm in Australia.

Emma Musgrave (née Ryan) is the managing editor, professional services at Momentum Media.

Emma has worked for Momentum Media since 2015, including five years spent as the editor of the company's legal brand - Lawyers Weekly. Throughout her time at Momentum, she has been responsible for breaking some of the biggest stories in corporate Australia. In addition, she has produced exclusive multimedia and event content related to the company's respective brands and audiences. 

Prior to joining Momentum Media, Emma worked in breakfast radio, delivering news to the Central West region of NSW, before taking on a radio journalist role at Southern Cross Austereo, based in Townsville, North Queensland.
