Ms Trpeski joined Frasers Property in 2017, prior to which she held roles with Barangaroo Delivery Authority, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and King & Wood Mallesons.
As part of her new role in leading the legal function for the group, Ms Trpeski will be responsible for the team that coordinates all legal work across the company’s development operations and investment portfolio, as well as corporate finance and other corporate compliance and risk management.
Her “extensive experience”, the group said in a statement, covers advice on acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial, and retail property, development agreements, structured title developments, government partnerships, leasing, joint ventures, front and back-end construction, as well as property-related aspects of financing and corporate transactions.
“Cvet leads by example and our business relies on her strategic and pragmatic solutions which are aligned with our customer focus and our core values,” Mr Boyd said.
“From a cultural perspective, Cvet has set the tone in ensuring the legal team’s authentic engagement with the business and her leadership of the team over the past two years has delivered quality outcomes through a variety of complex transactions and risk management initiatives.
“Frasers Property congratulates Cvet on this significant promotion.”
Ms Trpeski has also joined the Frasers Property Australia executive management team.
