NEW ZEALAND firm Hesketh Henry has welcomed Bryce Davey to the partnership, to practise in the corporate and commercial team.
Davey has extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate and commercial law with particular expertise in private equity transactions.
Recent projects included acting for HJ Heinz Company on the sale of Tegel Foods to Pacific Equity Partners for $250 million; Rakino Group on the sale of Hirepool to Next Capital & Hunter Powell Investments for $172 million; and Masport Limited on the sale of its heating business to Metal Fab.
Davey provides strategic and commercial advice to clients in a wide range of industries including those in the private equity, equipment hire, and manufacturing and financial services sectors.
In his spare time, Davey spends time with his two young children and plays touch rugby and golf. He is also a member of the New Zealand Venture Capital Association.
