Cridlands Lawyers in Darwin has appointed three new partners to the firm, including both the president and vice president of the Law Society of Northern Territory.

 
 

President of the Law Society, Allison Robertson,focuses her practice on personal injury, work health, motor accident compensation and public liability, with additional expertise in OH&S and risk management.

Rhona Miller represents the commercial, mining and insurance sectors in areas of contractual disputes, professional indemnity and general litigation. She is currently the vice president of the Law Society.

Cameron Ford is Cridlands’ in-house counsel with a primary focus on commercial litigation work and advocacy. He represents client corporations within the mining, building and construction industry, insurance, property, banking and tourism sectors. Ford is also qualified to be an adjudicator under the Construction Contracts (Security Payments) Act.

Cridlands’ dispute resolution group provides legal services to a broad range of Northern Territory and national clients, including major corporations in the resources, construction, banking and insurance sectors, government agencies and small to medium enterprises. The firm’s focus is on developing business partnerships to assist with strategic management of clients’ legal concerns.
