Independent Queensland firm MacDonnells Law announced the following appointments. As partner, Linda Morris, in the firm's planning and environment team. Morris has been a consultant with the firm since January 2003, practising exclusively in planning, local government and environment law. Also as partner, Andrew Kerr, in the government team, practising exclusively in native title and indigenous law. He acts as a senior case manager with the National Native Title Tribunal.
