Mindy Bonomelli has been appointed a partner in Kemp Strangs corporate and commercial group. Bonomelli’s expertise includes advising listed companies on regulatory compliance, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions and governance matters and acting on a wide range of commercial transactions including the sale and purchase of companies and businesses.

 
 

Paul Taylor was appointed an associate in June for the firm’s litigation group. Taylor has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation, conducting matters arising from tenancy, construction, damages, contract, property and administrative law disputes.

Auspen Chia was appointed an associate in the firm’s corporate and commercial group. Just finished his exams for a Master of Laws, Chia specialises in the areas of equity capital fundraisings, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. Sarah Johnson has been appointed an associate in Kemp Strang’s corporate and commercial group. She advises listed and unlisted companies on a range of corporate advisory, commercial, securities, intellectual property and information technology matters. Lena Banoob has been appointed an associate in the firm’s expanding corporate and commercial group. She specialises in M&As and providing strategic advice on ASIC and ASX issues. Kemp Strang is a relatively young firm having been established in 1974.
