New Zealand firm Hesketh Henry has appointed Sean Lynch as a partner of the firm. He specialises in commercial law, primarily in the IT and telecommunications industries.

 
 

Mallesons Stephen Jacques partner Ashley Poke will move to Baker & McKenzie on 1 October to head the firm’s Melbourne corporate group. Poke led Mallesons’ private equity team in Melbourne and was relationship partner for some of the firm’s significant clients. He will continue to focus on private equity, working closely with Bakers’ private equity team headed by Mark McNamara.
