Clayton Utz recently opened an office in Adelaide. Its new team is led by partner Amanda Turnill. She has a broad commercial litigation background and extensive experience in product liability, pharmaceuticals and bio-sciences. Turnill returned to Clayton Utz and Adelaide in 2003 after working for more than 10 years in London as a partner in commercial litigation/dispute resolution at international law firm Lovells.

 
 

As well, Sam McClure and Sam Golding have been appointed as senior associates to the new office. McClure is a corporate advisory specialist with experience in corporate restructures, corporations law and mergers and acquisitions. Golding will lead the energy and resources practice.
