MacPherson + Kelley Lawyers has expanded its employment and industrial relations team with the appointment of Rob Jackson as a principal.

Jackson is the fourth accredited workplace relations specialist to join the team. He advises companies on all aspects of employment and workplace relations, with particular expertise in assisting companies with union negotiations and disputes, equal opportunity and discrimination, dismissals and redundancies.

He is also a registered migration agent and deals regularly with complex issues associated with migration in employment matters, particularly 457 visas.
