MacPherson+Kelley has lured back Craig Hailes, who rejoins the firm as a principal after an eight-year absence.
Hailes, a property law specialist, has moved to the firm from Mills Oakley.
He advises vendors, purchasers and developers in relation to industrial developments, retail developments, shopping centres, multi-level buildings, environmentally sensitive resort developments, retirement villages, and standalone buildings. He also has considerable experience in broad acre land acquisitions and sales, and in all types of commercial, industrial and retail leasings.
His appointment brings the firm's property team to nine lawyers across Melbourne and Sydney.
