Telematics SaaS company Teletrac Navman has announced the appointment of an experienced legal and business leader to join its senior leadership team.
Sara Epstein has been appointed chief legal and administrative officer of leading connected mobility platform Teletrac Navman.
With over two decades of executive and legal expertise in heavily regulated sectors – such as logistics, healthcare, pharmacy, and life sciences – Epstein will lead Teletrac Navman’s legal, governance, compliance, and data privacy operations, while also guiding the people and culture and health and safety divisions.
Before joining Teletrac Navman, Epstein worked at pharmacy benefits optimiser RxBenefits for over two and a half years as chief legal officer. Prior to this, Epstein served as executive vice president and deputy general counsel at Syneos Health, where she led a team on a global level and was responsible for a wide range of legal and privacy matters.
Highlighting the breadth of experience and strategic perspective that Epstein brings, her appointment was welcomed by Alain Samaha, president and CEO of Teletrac Navman.
“Sara brings a powerful combination of legal acumen, business judgment and executive leadership that will help accelerate our strategic initiatives and support our long-term growth,” Samaha said.
“Her experience leading global teams and navigating complex business environments will be instrumental as we continue to drive innovation, strengthen our customer relationships and execute on our growth ambitions.
“We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”
Epstein joins in what is a period of sustained momentum for Telectrac Navman, after software-focused private equity firm Respida Capital acquired a majority stake in the company for US$220 million in July.
The global telematics provider has also gone through various product innovations, which consist of the launch of the TN360 Energy Hub and the company’s electronic braking performance monitoring system.
Epstein shared her enthusiasm for joining Teletrac Navman and helping shape the company’s next phase of growth.
“I’m excited to join Teletrac Navman at such an important time in the company’s evolution,” Epstein said.
“The organisation has a strong foundation, a talented global team, and a clear vision for growth.
“I look forward to working across the business to support our strategic priorities and contribute to the next chapter of Teletrac Navman’s success.”
