Sydney-based founder Andrew Medlicott knows the problem well. He set out to build a better way of handling it.
“Contracts would pile up, the business would be waiting and I would be trying to put out bin fires whilst also working on the difficult deals,” Andrew said.
“Legal teams don’t need another AI tool that simply helps them produce contracts faster. They need a safe way for the business to handle the routine legal work, so lawyers can spend their time where their judgement actually matters.”
That idea became nicholii: an Australian-built platform bringing together governed AI, automation and legal expertise.
