Dean Hadjina has been appointed a senior solicitor in the firm's Melbourne office, bringing with him seven years personal injury experience. He's previously worked at Thomson Playford Cutlers and Maurice Blackburn, and will be responsible for Victorian WorkCover matters.

Caroline Flake has joined the firm in Dandenong, Victoria, specialising in workers compensation and asbestos litigation. Flake has previously worked with Slater & Gordon and as an in-house counsel for Latrobe City Council.

Rob Cortina has also joined the firm's Dandenong office as a senior solicitor. Cortina specialises in Transport Accident Commission (TAC) claims and he will be responsible for TAC, WorkCover and public liability matters at the office. He's moved across to Shine from Slater & Gordon.
