Freehills has expanded its capacity in Singapore, appointing Geoffrey Grice as a partner.

 
 

Grice, who joins the firm on 3 August, brings to Freehills more than 20 years' experience working on major projects and cross-border transactions in Europe, the Asia-Pacific Region and Australia.

He has particular expertise in energy and resources, infrastructure and PPPs and cross-border M&A.

Most recently, Grice was deputy state solicitor in the State Solicitor's Office of Western Australia. He has also worked in top-tier firms in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Perth.
