Intellectual property boutique Griffith Hack has appointed experienced business advisor Kate Spargo as an independent advisor to its national board.

 
 

Spargo is a consultant specialising in corporate advisory, strategy and governance across a broad range of industries. She is currently the non-executive director of a number of large companies, including Transfield Services infrastructure, Pacific Hydro and Investec Bank (Australia).

She is also the chairperson of the Accounting Professional and Ethical Standards Board and a councillor of the Victorian Division of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

She has also previously worked as a lawyer, both in private practice and with the Crown Law Office in Adelaide.
