Holding Redlich has appointed James Hamilton as the new head of its insolvency team, which sits within the firm's commercial dispute resolution practice.
Hamilton brings to the firm 27 years' experience, primarily in insolvency and commercial dispute resolution.
He moves to Holding Redlich from RBHM Commercial Lawyers where he was a consultant for four years. Prior to that he was a partner at Baker & McKenzie for 11 years.
Outside the law, Hamilton is an elite cross-country skier, and he was a member of the Australian world cup championships and world cup teams in the 1980s.
