Middletons has snapped up former Herbert Geer talent Kathy Dalton, who joins as a partner in the firm's workplace relations and safety team.

Dalton will be joined by special counsel Michaela Moloney and senior association Martin Alden, also from Herbert Geer.

Dalton advises advises employers across a broad range of industries including banking and finance, manufacturing, retail, professional services, entertainment and information technology.

She is also an executive committee member of the workplace relations section of the Law Institute of Victoria, and a member of the Australia Human Resources Institute, the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
