Lander & Rogers has picked up two practice heads from Minter Ellison and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The firm has recently lured Minter's former head of construction, engineering and infrastructure, David Fabian, to its Sydney office. Fabian joins as a senior partner and head of the projects, construction and infrastructure team.
Fabian has extensive experience negotiating and managing major projects, project administration and dispute management. He is also trained and experienced as a mediator.
The firm has also snapped up Neil Napper, the former head of PricewaterhouseCooper's employment and industrial relations group.
Napper, who joins the firm's Sydney office as a partner in the workplace relations and safety team, brings to the firm more than 20 years' experience advising employers in both the private and public sectors.
His expertise includes workplace restructures, dispute resolution, enterprise bargaining, employment litigation, occupational health and safety, discrimination and equal opportunity law.
