A team of five, headed up by Andrew Bristow, has joined Macpherson+Kelley in the Sydney corporate and commercial practice.

The group have moved across from Holman Webb.

Bristow joins the firm as a principal, accompanied by special counsel Catriona Glover, senior associate Fleur Gibson and two legal secretaries.

The team has specialist expertise in capital raising, corporate governance and M&A, with most of its clients coming from the SME sector. The appointments will increase the firm's ability to service clients throughout NSW.
