Tim Tubman has become a partner in the firm's Auckland office. He specialises in corporate and securities law, with expertise in M&A.
Graeme Olding, a tax specialist, has become a principal in the Auckland office. Olding has more than ten years' experience, and his experience includes advising on M&A transactions and representing clients in tax disputes.
Meanwhile, Jess Cameron, Nick Francis and Alistair law have been promoted to senior solicitor in Auckland, Tim Sherman to senior solicitor in Wellington, and Ben Williams to senior solicitor in Christchurch.
