Paul Muscat, who commenced private practice as a barrister, has joined Herbert Geer to lead the Brisbane practice.
Muscat has exceptional front-end and back-end commercial expertise, having worked for a range of corporate and government entities, including the Department of Defence.
The firm's Sydney team recruited Alex Robinson as special counsel, to further expand the team's capabilities.
Robinson has extensive litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution experience in Australia, the UK and the Middle East, with a particular focus on the construction, engineering, resources and infrastructure project sectors.
