New Zealand firm Bell Gully has appointed former Norton Rose litigation lawyer, Jenny Stevens, and tax specialist, Mathew McKay, as partners.

 
 

Stevens began her career with Bell Gully in the litigation team followed by a three-year stint at Norton Rose in London.

Since returning to Bell Gully in 2004, Stevens has demonstrated her expertise as an adviser on complex competition and regulatory issues in relation to the aviation, banking and energy sectors.

McKay joined Bell Gully's tax team in 2001 and has experience on corporate taxation law, structured finance transactions, employee share and option plans, debt securitisation and tax disclosures in offer documentation.
