Vincent Dwyer has joined Norton Rose as partner, coming from Gilbert + Tobin where he was co-head of the energy and infrastructure practices.

Dwyer has been involved in some significant domestic and cross-border transactions with experience in markets including China, South-East Asia and the Middle East, and joined the firm's Sydney corporate practice on April 1st.

Well-known for his acquisition and project work in the power industry, including renewable power, Dwyer has also had a broad M&A and project focused practice across other industries - in particular the infrastructure sector (including water).
