Richard Moloney has joined plaintiff litigation firm, Shine Lawyers, as branch manager of the firm's newest office in Sunshine, Melbourne.

Admitted to practice in Victoria in 2002, Moloney commenced work at Riordan and Partners in their Melbourne office and spent four years practising exclusively in plaintiff litigation, including a notable case involving a claim brought on behalf of refugees who travelled to Australia aboard the MV Tampa.

After transferring to Riordan and Partners' Shepparton office in 2004, Moloney became senior associate and head of department.

During his time in regional Victoria he was heavily involved in charity work including roles on five different boards and committees.
