Former Supreme Court judge Dr Robert Austin has rejoined Minter Ellison as a senior lawyer in the firm's corporate division.
Austin was a judge of the equity division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales from 1998 to March 2010 and prior to that was a partner with Minter Ellison's corporate group in Sydney from 1990 to 1998.
The Challis lecturer in corporate law and adjunct professor at the University of Sydney, Austin is also the co-author of Ford's Principles of Corporations Law.
