Property development specialist and former Herbert Geer partner Kylie Matthews has joined DibbsBarker as a partner in the firm's property and projects group.
The 2009 Woman Lawyer of the Year nominee has extensive corporate and commercial property experience and specialises in all aspects of property investment and development, and property and project management.
Matthews has acted for institutional investors, property developers, fund managers, property trusts, financiers and local and state governments. At industry level, she is on the board of advisors for the Property Industry Foundation.
Joining the firm's property development team, Matthews will join newly appointed Belinda Walker, Anna Dervenis and Tiffany Telford in the Sydney property and projects group.
Other recent appointments to the national team of 37 include environment and planning partner Linda Morris and special counsel Danyelle Kelson from MacDonnells Law.
