Michael Park and Murray Procter have been promoted to the Norton Rose Australia partnership.

Park is a corporate lawyer based in the firm's Melbourne office and specialises in technology, telecommunications, intellectual property and infrastructure matters, particularly transactional, regulatory and advice work.

He often advises on complex outsourcing, procurement and services projects.

Procter is an employment lawyer based in Brisbane, specialising in all aspects of employment law, industrial relations, anti-discrimination, superannuation and workers' compensation. He advises major corporates on compliance, is skilled in dispute resolution and has particular experience with financial institutions.

Park and Procter join five other partners who were laterally appointed to the firm this year, including Gerard Breen, Vincent Dwyer, Petar Keussner, Derek LaFerla, and Rob Milbourne.
