Brisbane firm HopgoodGanim has promoted nine of its staff effective 1 July 2010.

Resources specialist Dr. Jonathan Fulcher, ranked by Chambers Global as a leading native title lawyer, has been promoted to the firm's partnership in the resources and energy team and family lawyer Alison Ross was appointed special counsel.

Those promoted to the position of associate included Aaron Alcock (litigation and dispute resolution), Hayden Delaney (intellectual property and technology), Janelle Kenzler (commercial property), Jessica Paten (industrial and employment law), Sam Kingston (litigation and dispute resolution), Susan Malone (planning and development) and Tim Scanlan (business services and structuring).
