Intellectual property firm Wrays Lawyers has announced the appointment of David Stewart and Dr. Brendan Peachey as partner.
Stewart is the managing director of Wrays and is a registered Australian trade marks attorney, barrister and solicitor.
His areas of expertise include advising clients on strategic and commercial issues relating to trade marks, designs and patents, particularly in the commercialisation, protection and enforcement of those rights.
Peachey's appointment to partner follows 10 years with the firm, specialising in pharmaceuticals and chemistry.
As a registered Australian and New Zealand patent attorney, Peachey works in the areas of chemical engineering metallurgy, process technology, chemistry and material sciences.
