The Victorian Government Solicitor's Office (VGSO) has boosted its capabilities with the appointment of Hayley Petrony as Assistant Victorian Government Solicitor to lead VGSO's newly established workplace relations and human rights branch.

 
 

Formerly a partner and then consultant at Tresscox Lawyers, Petrony brings extensive employment law expertise to VGSO.

The new workplace relations and human rights branch will advise on all aspects of employment and workplace relations law, working hand-in-hand with the VGSO's experienced human rights team, which has advised the Government on many pre-eminent Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act matters.
