Swaab Attorneys has today (20 August) announced the appointment of Angela Harvey as a partner in the corporate team.
She has a range of experience in corporate and commercial law and has advised clients in a number of industries including food manufacturing, transport, retailing, construction materials, property and cosmetics.
"Angela has distinguished herself as a skilled negotiator and an expert in creating structures for tax effectiveness and asset protection," said managing partner, Fred Swaab. "We particularly value the dual focus on corporate and tax law which formed the basis of her Masters degree."
