Heathcote specialises in industrial relations and employment law, previously working for Western Australian firms HHG Legal Group and Downings Legal.

Also joining the firm's workplace relations team from HHG Legal is lawyer Elizabeth Scudamore and articled clerk Kate Walawski.

"The team complements our existing practice in Perth and these appointments signal our intention to substantially grow our workplace practice in the West," said national practice group leader, Paul Cutrone.
