Schreier-Joffe is a long-standing partner at Harmers with extensive experience across all areas of workplace law.

She has acted as lead partner for a number of high-profile discrimination cases and this year led the major case regarding Allco employee entitlements.

Michael Harmer, who established the firm 14 years ago with Margaret Diamond and Sandra Marks (both of whom are general counsel at the firm), continues in his role as chairman.

Emma Pritchard will continue her role as chief operations officer.
