Clayton Utz has appointed Magic Circle lawyer David Foran as senior associate in the firm's Darwin energy and resources team.

Foran joins Clayton Utz after spending five years in the United Kingdom working at a Magic Circle firm and then a global investment bank, where he specialised in real estate and structured finance, global loans and infrastructure and utilities.
