Colin Biggers & Paisley (CBP) has appointed property lawyer Justin Adam as a partner.

A partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Adam brings over 20 years' experience in property transactions including leasing, acquisitions, development and disposals of retail, commercial and industrial assets.

He has particular expertise in structuring and negotiating all types of joint ventures and in project delivery documentation.

"Justin is one of the industry's most seasoned property lawyers," said CBP's managing partner, Dunstan de Souza.

"He has advised on some of the country's largest and most complex developments. From coast to coast, there is scarcely a major project in which he has not been involved. His depth of knowledge and experience is exceptional and will be a tremendous asset to the skills mix of our team."

We're evolving — and so should your insights. Heads up — Lawyers Weekly is going premium from 1 May for just $5 a month. Stay informed without missing a beat. More information coming soon.
