Clayton Utz has appointed partner Graeme Dennis as the co-head of the firm's energy and resources group.

Dennis has extensive experience in major energy projects, energy trading, carbon trading, energy market regulation and reform and the acquisition of energy businesses.

He has advised on a range of electric power and gas projects involving project finance and energy purchase and trading contracts, including the development of energy futures, swaps and hedges.
