Middletons has added to its Perth property team with the appointment of Michael Hain as a partner.

Coming from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Hain brings over 18 years of experience in major property acquisitions and subdivisions, strata and residential developments, property leasing and sales.

He also advises on development strategy and assists clients on their strategic property portfolios.

"Michael is a senior property practitioner and we are delighted to have him on board as our team grows in Western Australia," said Justin Lethlean, head of Middletons' property, development and construction group.
