Sedic practices in the area of general commercial litigation, including business and proprietary disputes, contract claims, negligence claims and claims under the Trade Practices and Fair Trading Acts.

Abberton specialises in insolvency and reconstruction and primarily advises insolvency practitioners across all aspects of receiverships, liquidations and administrations.
