Piper Alderman has poached corporate lawyer Sebastian Greene and associate Rohan Pardasani from Middletons.

Joining the Melbourne office of Piper Alderman as a partner, Greene brings over 20 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, reconstructions, joint ventures, due diligence investigations, corporations and ASX law and trade practices.

Managing partner Tony Phelps noted that Greene's solid history practising corporate and commercial law will add new depth to the firm's Melbourne office.
