Western Australian firm Lavan Legal has appointed former Balance Legal lawyer Graham Nagle as corporate counsel in the firm's corporate services group.

With over 20 years' experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer, Nagle has particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investment and business structuring, acquisition due diligence, acquisition and divestment of resource projects, electricity industry regulation, directors' duties and corporate governance.

Nagle has acted for companies and underwriters in respect of capital raisings, prospectus and PDS preparation, ASX and AIM listings and managed investment schemes.
