Minter Ellison has appointed Matthew Cunningham to the firm's finance practice as a partner based in Sydney.

A specialist in corporate finance and property finance, Cunningham joins Minter Ellison from Mallesons Stephen Jaques.

"Matthew has worked with and is known by a number of our key clients and is well regarded for his strong technical skills and commercial approach," said Minter Ellison's Sydney practice group head, Paul Paxton.
