PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia has appointed directors Bettina Sheeran and Nick Brown to its legal services practice.
Sheeran joins PwC from Gadens Lawyers, where she worked for seven years and reached senior associate level.
She specialises in providing advisory and transactional services relating to real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets, leasing of commercial, retail and industrial real estate and providing advice in relation to the financing of real estate assets.
Originally joining PwC in 2002, Brown left in 2006 to join SJ Berwin in London where he was a solicitor for four years.
He has experience in private equity, energy and infrastructure transactions and advising funds management and private equity houses on strategic internal and external transactions.
