Tresscox Lawyers has announced the appointment of Iain Rennie as a partner in the firm's national corporate and commercial practice in Sydney.
Previously at DLA Phillips Fox, Rennie brings more than 20 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, special purpose contractual arrangements and proposals, transaction structuring, regulatory consents and project management.
Rennie's defection is the latest blow to DLA Phillips Fox ahead of its formal merger with DLA Piper in May. Earlier this month, 10 lawyers from the firm's Brisbane office left to join Thomsons Lawyers.
